When do I pay?

We schedule your project in as soon as your deposit has cleared. The remaining balance is due before we release the final files to you or any relevant parties, such as printers or developers. This is standard industry practice, but if you have any concerns, please raise them early so we can avoid delays further down the line.

Do you accept projects outside Bristol?

Certainly, we accept briefs from outside Bristol and can travel to your office or chosen location to discuss things face to face if preferred.

How green are you?

We are excited that we can do our bit for a more sustainable future. Here are a few points we adhere to.

  3. Optimise digital content allowing for smaller file size which uses less computing power.

What is a normal turnaround time for a project?

Depending if you need things urgently or as soon as possible, we can often accommodate the majority of situations. When enquiring please state any deadline or we will assume you require the projects delivered as soon as possible with no immediate deadline. 

What service guarantees are there?

We’ll meet the requirements in your brief professionally, stay transparent throughout, and build to industry best practices. Everything we recommend is in the best interests of your business, and we never push for expensive projects you don’t need. We only succeed when our clients do, so we’re here for the long term as your business grows.

How do you managing my data?

We do not share any detail of your project with 3rd parties without asking permission from you first. All files are saved locally and archived once the project is complete.  Any sensitive data is processed and then deleted from our system. If you have specific requirements – please get in touch and we will do our best to adhere to your requirements.  

Do you use AI?

Yes, selectively. The creative industries have always embraced new technologies to push boundaries and explore new ways of working, and we’re no different. We use AI only where it’s appropriate, for certain behind-the-scenes tasks, which frees us to spend more time on the work that adds the most value, at no extra cost to you. Every outcome is still beautifully crafted by our team’s nimble digits and experienced minds.

After a quote has been issued, if your requirements change we will do our best to keep to the original budget however we may need to reissue a new quote based on new requirements.
